A)Our flat-die pellet mill/pellet plant/pellet machine/die pellet mill is mainly applicable to crude fiber granulation, such as: sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cotton feed hull, weeds and all kinds crop straw, home wastage, the worn out plastic and the factory reject, the material of low adhesion rate, difficult to forming. It also can be applied to biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer low temperature pelleting.
B)Our plat-die pellet mill’s compression formation is varied, round bar (diameter 20-30mm), bricket (20*30mm), pellet (diameter 2-15mm), only exchange the die, adapting to different materials to achieve maximum effectiveness.
C)Our company has introduced German advanced pellets pressing technology and successfully invented SKJ-3-4 series taper-shape roller series flat-die pellet mills special for pellets, brick, briquettes making. The rollers adopts “taper-shape”, thus it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so that the resistance is reduced, accordingly the energy consumption is reduced, die’s lifetime is enlarged.
Output: between 100kg-4T according to different types and different raw materials.
